This is a beautiful story about the bond shared between Tanya and her grandmother as they talk about each piece of fabric that is cut and stitched together as part of a quilt of memories. After her grandmother gets sick, Tanya decides to help her by finishing the patchwork quilt. Eventually the whole family comes together to complete the masterpiece.
This is a beautiful story; as I am partial to patchwork quilts. As a girl I patched together pieces of fabric from clothes that I made to create my own quilt. Unfortunately, I never finished it and I have no clue where the partial quilt is located. If only I could finish this “masterpiece” with my daughter! Read more >>
